    How About Something For Newbies?

How about a meetup where someone gives a line-by-line presentation/explanation, of a typical php.ini file, httpd file, how to use the .htaccess file, and the output of the phpinfo() function.

    Practical applications of SPL

I'd love to see someone with experience using SPL (http://www.php.net/~helly/php/ext/spl/) do a nice presentation on it. It's not well documented and certainly underused; giving it some attention might change this situation.
