Introduction

Looking to network with developers in Los Angeles to help with the next step in their careers. I am a technical recruiter who loves to learn about new technologies and what the PHP community is looking for in new job opportunities.

What is your interest in PHP / Web development? (Please answer this question for organizers to approve your membership)

No answer yet

Are you developer, designer, tech company, entrepreneur, recruiter?

Currently a Technical Recruiter with Bryn Neil International. I am not here spam everyone with Job postings. I am here to assist the members of this group with the aquisition of lucrative positions across Los Angeles!

What topics would you like to see covered?

What are PHP/LAMP/MySQL developers looking for in their next position? Where's PHP going next? And, How should recruiters/company's prepare for these changes?

What is your website if any?

www.brynneil.com E-mail: josh.casas@brynneil.com

Would you be willing to present on a PHP related topic one day?

Unfortunately, I do not have adequate skills related to PHP to do a presentation.

  • Thanks for coming aboard, Josh. If you still have some b-boying in your blood, maybe you can help lead one of our b-boy/b-girl workshops. It's one of the ideas we have planned for the future. If we can't get some venue of our own, maybe we can find an event that already exists. I know our member Kachiri wants to learn how to dance to hip-hop (not sure if she means like jerking or breaking). Anyway, if you DJ, maybe we can get a nice listening party and you can spin some wax/mp3s. Hope so!
